I am currently looking for someoneone who is able and willing to read my newest works, mostly commission jobs for my paying customers these days, and proofread them for errors in the names of characters, wrong word useage at times, and other such errors. You aren't required to be an expert in grammar, but a decent understanding of English is of course expected. I do send the story through a punctuation checker before I send it to you. Each story is given two proofreads and I will inform you if the story you are given is a first or second proofread; I try to share the burden around my proofreaders to lighten the load.
I cannot pay cash for this job, but you will be given, once a month, a free story of your choice written to your specifications of a length between 5-8 pages (the length is my option, but guaranteed to be at least five pages), to the best of my ability. If I cannot do such a story, I will inform you (I abhor and cannot do some stories like cannibalism, sadism or torture, be aware). I mostly write man/man, man/boy or boy/boy consensual sex stories, with occasional pressure sex involved, nothing too extreme.
I would send you one or two stories to proofread, in PDF format with pages numbered and lines numbered for your convenience, and you would be asked to proofread a total of 10-12 pages of stories every week. I do not know how long this chore would take you but expect it should not take more than two or three hours each week to accomplish if you are an adequate reader.

I publish a book approximately once a month to six weeks, but the actual timeline is erratic depending on what I have available at each site.
