TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD requires a bit of subterfuge. I have created a false book and put the link to P-A*Y-P*A-L on that webpage, when you "buy" the false book (you can tell you have the right book by comparing the image on the cover, it's the same image slightly modified and given a false title), I will send you the real book. Follow the link below and don't try to "correct" the information you get in response, I'll send you the right book.
